Hello from the Angelic realm.  Spring is around the corner, with new life, new energies and new hope.  Our Angels would like to remind us that one important gift from our Creator is our Free Will.  Our Free Will is not only about decision making in the physical world, but also how we choose to "see" the world.  In other words, the attitude that precedes our words and deeds is up to us.  Alas!  Too much negativity is going around.  Our Angels don't like it.  It's much harder for our Angels to work for us if we align ourselves with heavy or negative feelings.

Angels  always assist us if we ask for help.  So why not ask them to transmute our negative thoughts into something more positive, a sense of gratitude.   Our attitude is our choice.  We choose the way we perceive any given situation, maybe as a terrible loss, a challenge, a new beginning or simply as a part of "all there is."  As you know, gratitude is our best attitude. Our Angels  love to guide, help and comfort us, and when we ask in a state of gratitude, we are meeting them half-way already.

Now, please think of ten people whom you love and/or who make a difference in your life.  When you reach number ten, you might want to continue to number twenty or thirty.  A reason to be grateful?  You bet.  Now list anything you are grateful for.  Your work, your good health, your pets, your love for art, music, dance, sports, photography..... yoga, your plants, your shelves full of books and CDs, your refrigerator full of good food, a soft, cuddly beg for the night.  Do I need to go on?  Life if full of "fulfillment" if we forget our self-pity or victim-consciousness for a moment.

Remember, we humans have Free Will. Use it to shift into the gratitude mode.  Feel it in your heart, not in your head.  Gratitude opens our vibrational state for more grace and blessings to come in.  Our Angels are with us always, in the Light and in the Dark.  But the direction in which we turn is up to us.
